Foi publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado de Minas Gerais, em 22.12.2018, a Lei n\u00ba 23.174, de 21.12.2018, que altera, entre outras, a Lei n\u00ba 4.747, de 09.05.1968.<\/p>\n

Dentre as mudan\u00e7as, houve modifica\u00e7\u00e3o nas regras atinentes \u00e0 Taxa Florestal, alterando-se o art. 67 para ampliar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de contribuintes, sendo inclu\u00eddas empresas cuja finalidade principal ou subsidi\u00e1ria seja a produ\u00e7\u00e3o ou a extra\u00e7\u00e3o de produto ou subproduto de origem florestal, sujeitos a controle e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das referidas atividades.<\/p>\n

Ademais, foram acrescidas, no rol de respons\u00e1veis solid\u00e1rios pelo pagamento da taxa, as empresas cuja finalidade principal ou subsidi\u00e1ria seja o com\u00e9rcio de produto ou subproduto de origem florestal, e o transportador, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao produto ou subproduto florestal transportado sem a respectiva guia de controle ambiental ou de outro documento de controle institu\u00eddo para tal fim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
