elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00c1gua \u2013 PUA para as atividades miner\u00e1rias j\u00e1 regularizadas ser\u00e1 de 05 (cinco) anos, ficando automaticamente prorrogadas at\u00e9 a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da nova portaria as outorgas que vencerem dentro desse prazo.<br \/>\nO prazo previsto anteriormente era de, no m\u00e1ximo, 03 (tr\u00eas) anos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos termos da nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada ao art. 14, os pedidos de outorga formalizados no prazo de 05 (cinco) anos previsto no par\u00e1grafo anterior, poder\u00e3o,
